Modus Cinemas were contacted by the client following the successful design and installation of some other works that were carried out around his property in Kent. He had seen on our social media feeds that we supplied and installed golf simulators, and he was at the early stages of having an outbuilding constructed specifically for a virtual golf suite. As he hadn’t had one before, our knowledge was required to assist in ensuring the building was fit for purpose, and had the necessary internal space available, such as the required height of the finished ceiling.
 
As well as being a functional room, the client was also looking for an impressive finish and décor, so he employed the services of an interior designer who we worked on the project with. The space was to incorporate a suitable amount of seating for spectators, along with a bar so the space could be used for entertaining guests as well playing a round of golf.
