Strato plays movies from a Terra, or a Compact Terra over a network, with bit rates up to 100 Mbps and frame rates up to 60 fps.

Players and servers group together to suit the needs of any home. The beautiful Kaleidescape onscreen display makes finding movies a pleasure. It starts a movie immediately without trailers or warnings, and lets you jump right to your favourite scene or song without fast forwarding. Integration with modern control systems such as Crestron Home and Control4, enables delightful cinematic features, such as lights automatically dimming as the movie begins, and screen masking automatically adjusting to the film’s aspect ratio.

The 6TB Compact Terra movie server stores up to 100 4K movies, with the 22TB Compact Terra movie server storing up to 350 4K movies, with both servers supporting up to 5 simultaneous 4K playbacks with no loss in quality.
 
Kaleidescape’s Compact Terra movie server and Strato 4K movie players offer key features from the top-level Terra sever in a smaller and less expensive package.

The full-sized 48TB and 88TB Terra movie servers store up to 800 and 1,500 movies respectively, supporting multiple Strato players, and up to 10 simultaneous 4K playbacks with no loss in quality.
